Position detail

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced  will do 80% programming and 20% staff management, so it needs to be a senior developer that have some type of manager experience (maybe a previous Scrum Manager or have some project management background in some way).

 

Routines :

1. Oversee and participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and project coordination.  
2. Contribute significantly to software development (both frontend and backend) using modern technologies.  
3. Provide guidance and support to team members in their technical and professional growth.  

 

Requirement :

1. Bachelor's degree in informatics engineering, computer science  or related field.
    

Qualifications :

1. Full stack development experience with one of the following combinations :    

• JavaScript and TypeScript+ PHP (Laravel), or  
• JavaScript and TypeScript + Java (Spring Boot).  
• 5+ years backend and less knowledge in frontend (or the other way around).

      2. Previous experience as a senior developer that have some type of manager experience (maybe a previous Scrum Manager or have some project management background in some way). 

      3. Strong ability to coordinate, communicate effectively, and manage team workflows.

      4. Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Preferable :

1. Experience as a QA Engineer with team management responsibilities.
